Creative Workshop with team from Square
About Ana
Ana Beij grew up in Brazil drawing portraits with her father, on the kitchen table, understanding early that art was her language for connection.
She pursued Law School before making the unconventional choice to follow her creative path. What came next surprised her: she built an event company hosting art experiences for some of the world's biggest corporations. For years, she helped executives from companies such as Salesforce, Uber, LinkedIn, Airbnb, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Cisco Meraki, and the SF Giants tap into creative potential through hands-on creative workshop.
She learned that creativity isn't reserved for artists. It's universal.
After a decade of corporate creative work, a transformative trip to Bali inspired an entire art collection, a solo exhibition, and a new chapter: hosting intimate women's creative retreats on the island. Her approach is grounded, warm, and free of wellness clichés.
Whether she's working with a team of engineers or a group of women rediscovering themselves, the through-line has always been: art is about connection.

Solo Exhibition in Ubud, Bali.

What Retreat Attendees say

Claire, from Canada
I have three kids and my parents are
getting older. I realized I hadn't taken
care of myself. I just made the leap and
it's been one of the best decisions I've
ever made.

Lynette, from the USA
It was healing. A lot of creativity I
didn't realize I had. It became an oasis
of everything I was needing. I met
women that would become lifelong
friends.

Falguni, from Australia
I was totally scared, wasn't sure I'd fit
in, have no artistic ability. She
planned every detail to perfection.
Seamless, so organized.
What Corporate Teams Say:

Danielle, from Airbnb
I legit have NO artist ability and am terrified when asked to do something creative.
Ana was incredibly professional, clear in her explanation, very patient and made you feel like you were a true artist.
It was fun because we got to watch each other be creative with colors and techniques and all took part in the experience. It was very engaging from start to finish.

Joel, from Square
We hired Ana as a design team event and she took on the challenge of allowing it to be creative for our team. She taught us some great techniques and also allowed us to take our own approach to keep it free form for us. It was really cool to see what everyone came up with! I also heard nothing but praise from the team.

Sam, from SFCCC non-profit
I hired Ana for our community nonprofit's diversity retreat. We were a dynamic mix of both skilled graphic designers and also beginner painters. Ana was warm, knowledgeable and most of all fun as she guided us through a group portrait series that we chose to represent diversity. We especially enjoyed her ability to share her personal journey as an artist and how she has grown through teaching.
