Creative workshops for teams, friends and private celebrations in Austin. No experience needed: I guide every step, and everyone leaves with something they made.
Your team is spread out? Every workshop can also run online.
Collage and creative writing
Make a collage, then let it lead you into creative writing. A guided practice that is a favorite at my retreats. Lovely for groups who want to spark their creativity and think in new ways together.
Mixed media, guided by intention
We begin by setting an intention, then let it guide an abstract painting in acrylics, charcoal, stencils and texture. Nobody needs to know how to paint, only how to trust what comes.
Fluid art, no brush needed
An elegant technique for abstract paintings made without a paintbrush. You choose your colors, prepare the paint and try different ways of pouring it, then watch it move.
“We had Ana come to our office to hold a wine and paint night for some team bonding. Ana brought everything we needed including aprons and plastic sheeting for the floor and tables. She was a great instructor and even came around to help people who were struggling with different pieces of the painting. Everyone had a great time and even want to do it again.”
Morgan R., Fountain
“Ana is the best! I’ve coordinated a few virtual workshops with her for our team bonding activities, and Ana was extremely helpful from planning to execution. She is very responsive, accommodating and engaging. Ana is able to teach art at any level and makes it fun while doing so!”
Lauren C., Quizlet
“Our team organized a team offsite and truly couldn’t have been more impressed! Ana was engaging, genuine, helpful, and truly made the event a success beyond all expectations. Not to mention, everyone came home with a beautiful art piece to remember it all by.”
Patrick A., Salesforce
“We hired Ana & her team to do a corporate event for 100 people. She was professional, fairly priced, & brought enough supplies for each employee to create two canvasses. … As someone who plans events often for 100 & up, Ana was great to work with. Great communicator, very low stress in working with her.”
Stephanie F., Cisco Meraki
“We did the intuitive painting as a design team event. She taught us some great techniques. Each designer came out with something very different but still following the same process. It was really cool to see what everyone came up with! …”
Joel V., Square
“We had the most amazing team building activity with Ana’s workshops! … She came to our office and set everything up. She provided all the material and equipment too! Ana was engaging and made the experience wonderful! Our team had an amazing time with her. And her clean up was a breeze as well!”
